Ever since I went vegan

I have become more enthusiastic about cooking, even more so than when I became vegetarian nine years ago! It hasn’t been that long that I’ve been vegan, actually. I transitioned to veganism earlier this year, so I’m still learning new recipes and what products and other things to avoid now. I’m feeling better than ever and it’s been such a smooth transition for me, I think it’s because I am already lactose-intolerant to begin with, thus cutting out dairy products is an easy thing to do. I never even drank milk and I was already 85% vegan when I was vegetarian. It’s odd but I also dislike creaminess in foods…but the only thing I am missing truly is…yes, chocolate. Well, now that I think about it—I feel like I’m starting to outgrow my love for sweets. How is that possible?! I thought this sort of thing didn’t happen to the youth, haha. I’m still going to try making some vegan sweets once in a while, but oh goodness—I used to eat so much chocolate when I was vegetarian! Thinking about all of that sugar I’ve consumed just makes me cringe. Anyway, the point of this post is just to tell my lovely followers about myself a little. I’ll post more of my original recipes perhaps? and all of that good stuff as time progresses.
